drop zones at the us open

pgatour.com read the part about the new drop zones...then at the end read about what tiger did....this guy takes advantage of everyhing.


Good on the pga to make things happen faster....btw great tourney!

Will sure be interesting to see how the big guys all try to learn the courses in a different manner now - may be advantageous as noted on the article at pgatour.com above to actually take a stroke penalty on some of the longer harder holes if you can actually get decent placement on the drop.

Understand their reasoning behind it to speed up the game but something in the back of my mind keeps telling me thats just not golf. We'll see how it all pans out.
