Phil US Open news conference...

Phil is in his news conference, and he said that if there isn't any rain this week, there could be a situation with all 18 greens being very similar to the 7th at Shinne**** last year. So, after saying this, one of the reporters asked him if he thought the USGA would allow that to happen since they got criticized so harshly. Phil's response?

"Well, I'm kind of biased. I've always said that if no one in the field could even hit one green in regulation, then I've got a pretty good chance at winning."
