Shoes for flat feet

Hello all, first post here. I used to be an avid golfer, stopped playing regularly while my kids were little, now trying to start again.

Anyway, I want to be able to walk, but I have flat feet, so I have trouble finding really comfortable shoes of any kind, let alone golf shoes. All the nice golf shoes I see in the stores seem to have big thick inserts in them, so it would feel like standing on a tennis ball to me.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance. Looking forward to "meeting" all of you here.
