I have been using Square 2s for my irons for about 8 years. I bought them because they were highly recommended by several custom club manufacturers as being the best buy for the money, and I thought they were great - especially for the price at the time - around $150 for:
LW
SW
GW
PW
9i-3i.


I especially liked them because I got them with oversized grips, stiff steel shafts and they were built to my specs - 1" long and 2 degrees upright on the lie angle. I was also told that the shafts were frequency matched.

Checking the Square Two site, I see that they no longer manufacture men's clubs.

Can anyone recommend a manufacturer that can build clubs to these specs for a reasonable price? I shoot around 100, and I am not looking to spend a lot.

Don't drive yourself crazy. Shooting an average of 100, there are many models to choose from that could be of help and all of them can be fitted. Go to Golf Magazine and Golf Digest's web sites and check out their equipment ratings. You will see and learn a lot.
If you really want new sticks and don't want to go through the homework, get fitted for some Ping G10's, Cobra's or at a lesser price point, the completely newly designed top flights.

That's like asking how much does a car cost. Or, how much are you prepared to lose on a bet. Figure out the most you can afford and do your homework. If you have to buy better used clubs that are of a higher caliber, do it. Your budget will increase as your handicap gets lower. Believe me.

Obviously since clubs are pretty pricey I would make sure you really do your research first. I was looking at clubs online and found a few product demonstration videos for top Golf Clubs and Equipment like Callaway, Titleist, Nicklaus, etc. They were at Golf Gear Online

They have Golden Bear at Sports Chalet that run for a decent price. I have used Golden Bear too, they are decent drivers.
