Lie adjustments

I recently went through a fitting session for Callaway x-20 irons and learned that my swing causes me to hit off the toe of the club. Consequently, the fitter recommended that if I buy the clubs I should subsequently have the club lie adjusted 2 degrees up. He followed up by stating that if I were to purchase a new set of these clubs, the store could simply bend my new clubs to meet this lie adjustment. I will be honest, I am not a big fan of the idea that I am going to buy brand new clubs only to have someone bend them. So my question is this, if I were to custom order from Callaway specifying a need for a 2 degree up lie adjustment, would Callaway take a standard club and adjust the lie by bending it (like the shop would do), or do they actually have a cast for a club with a 2 degree up lie adjustment? Thanks, I appreciate your help in advance!
