Rep Power: 0  | FootJoy....awesome customer service!!!!! So I played about 90 rounds last year on my dry joy gel fusion I. Over the winter I found that they were not so dry anymore. they had a one year warranty. took them to the store where I bought them (Nevada Bob's) without a receipt. they told me that I shouldn't worry, "footjoy takes care of their customers". they sent them out...three weeks later...brand new pair of dry joy gel fusion II with a two year warranty. Cost to me: $6 in shipping. Thank You foot Joy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quick and painless, and they stand by their product. BTW. I don't work for them. |
