My new Irons

I finally bit the bullet and bought a set of the irons I have been wanting for a while. They are the Titleist 731PM. They are the Phil Mickelson irons. I can only say one thing about them...MY GOD. I love them. I only have one issue with them, I am hitting the ball even further! This is not really a bad thing, but my distances are way off now. Here are the distances that I have came to a conclusion on and its how im playing them right now. I need to get a gap wedge now, so I can hit something between my sand wedge (100-110) and my PW (150-160).

PW (160)
9 iron (170)
8 iron (180)
7 iron (190)
6 iron (200)
5 iron (210)
4 iron (225)
3 iron (230-250

I had to go buy a gap wedge so I could fill in the gap between my SW and PW. I have a 56 degree cleveland that I hit around 100-110. I hit my 52 gap wedge 130-135. I also have a 60 degree vokey that I hit 80-85 yards.[/quote]

Congrats on the purchase. I played with the 690MBs for a while and just wasn't able to get as consistent with them as I would have liked. More power to you for riding the 731s.
