Inverted Putters Gimmick ?

So I've seen a couple of reviews saying that inverted putters (aserta, Q Roll), have done wonders for people's putting game.

Their mantra seems to make sense: putters that create top spin on contact will reduce skipping & create a truer roll. But lofted, bottom weighted putters have been the same for decades... its not like the engineers haven't thought of this before. Plus if inverted putters are so great, then why are there none on the pro circuit? So what's the deal here?

Well Yes! have the same concept also saying that their putters provide a "topspin" on their ball and they're in play. I guess it's a matter of time before they get looked at by a pro..
