Baseball grip

Can anybody shed some light on the idea of changing my current grip to a baseball grip. I have small hands and have tried Tigers interlocking but its quite painful. The way I hold my clubs I think is weak and cant seem to square it consistently on impact. I've tried the baseball grip and feels comfortable and stronger but most of the time I pull my drives.

I began golf at 14 yrs old with the basic interlocking grip. I, too, have small hands. I changed my grip to a 10 finger grip after reading a golf magazine article 20 yrs ago and I can't go back. I believe Moe Norman, one of the best strickers of the golf ball also advocated a 10 finger grip. My right hand over laps my left thumb. Give it a try.

I feel like this 10 fingered grip would result in a disjointed swing. I need my wrists to be in synch and an interlocking grip gives me that feeling
