Please help me everyone

I have dislocated my shoulder- it was popped back in place last sunday.

its my first dislocation, i have very little pain. i want to know when i can play golf again- anyone had any experience of how long? i am goign on a golf holiday in 4 weeks- will it be ok to play htne? is golf an easy way to aggrevate it?

I'd go get it checked out man. My dad had that happen in HS and never got it looked at. The shoulder gave him so many problems, even 25 years later he had to get 2 seperate surgery's and its still not right. Good Luck man.

dislocations are not as bad as separations...you should be fine. golf is not a sport where your arms end up torqued behind your head. which shoulder is it, and are you lefty or ighty?
