I've been practicing hitting my new rescue club into it. It's helping me get used to the club tremendously. It's not even a good net. It's one of the cheapie nets made by Top Flite.

I use mine consistently when I am working on my swing positions. I don't need to judge my swings based upon ball flight when I am learning new movements. It is much simpler to swing into the net with my video camera in place, then take the video directly to my computer and run my swings in my cSwing program. I get immediate feedback and can go right back to the net and adjust or continue to groove the movement I am working on.

The net and mat greatly reduce the time needed to ingrain proper movements.

I tried to upload a few pictures of my set-up but the file attachment box returns "page contains no data" when in fact it contains "much" data. Bummer

thanks! I know I've been trying to post for a few days as well.

I'll look up the camera, what features do you look for when looking for a camera to capture the golf swing?
