Swing Understanding

How well do you understand your swing?

How are so in tune that you know why you hit a bad shot or a good shot?
Do you know when you are out of sync and how to get back into sync?

I am not sure it is something that can be taught, do you think it is?

The main culprit for my flaws have been tempo/balance..when I'm struggling with these two the whole day is a mess. I just try to swing in balance and not try to kill the ball. Saw a good show on the GC yesterday, it was that Golf Academy with Tina Mickelson, Phil's sister. She brought out a good warm up tip and one to take to the course. Hit 10 balls but aim for 150 yrds..no more. You'll notice that your balls will go further than that and then bring the same idea to the course. You will hit it further than 150.

I do not understand my swing at all. Cole always tries to show me what I am doing wrong, but for some reason I always forget what he tells me. I will fix my swing, and then the next day it will be messed up again.
