Anyway the next 10 days is above 90 every single day !!! This is what I live for ! Generous sun, elevated humidities (dew points: mid to upper 60s). SW winds overcome lake cooling—90s reach area beaches. High clouds arrive p.m. Local 100° highs possible. Tonight: Warm, humid. Several storm clusters, especially north suburbs. Saturday 91 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 72 Remaining sultry. Hot inland with low 90s. Lake breezes limit shore to 76-82°. Hazy, a sun/cloud mix. A storm or two—mainly north. Sunday 94 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 73 Sunshine and some cottony cumulus, hot and humid. Localized (i.e. limited coverage) lake cooling. Heat indexes peak around 100°. Monday 94 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 75 Generous sunshine and some mixed cumulus clouds, hot and humid. Rep Power: 0 | We've set a new record here. It's been over 100 degrees the last 13 days in a row. The old record was 11 days. I haven't heard the Official temp today, but I know we hit 102 here at the house. They are calling for record highs on Tuesday, but claim the Monsoon rains should start that night. They are only calling for 99 on Wednesday. |
