Do you let your oppenent move their ball?

When you play, do you let your oppenent move their ball, if it rolled into a divot? Would you let them set it up on the fairway, or up on top the longer rough?

It happened to me last night, off my drive it rolled into a divot, and I was going to set it up, but decided not to, to see how I would do, I a 5w out and just punched it to about 30-40yrds from the flag(90-100yrd shot), right in front of a small ditch.

hehe, I have to with PIGH8TER, if everyone you are playing with is doing it and im allowed to I will let it go. But if someone does it and no else is doing it, then its unfair.

If they don't move it on their own, I'll tell them to move it. I know that I won't hesitate to move mine if needed.
