I mean the little dots with the GB inside next to the forums. same color means two different things.

Not yet but we're working on it. Might just change up those little icons completely to something else anyway and make them all noticibly different. Anyone have any ideas for what they should be?

Well if nothing else I've just proved that my graphic design skills are crap. I'll keep trying and see what I can come up with. I tried a few things but for now the current icons are back because they don't look hideous.

You should just take them into photoshop and change the color. Go into hue and saturation and make one darker or lighter then the other.
