Grooves On Wedges

I was looken at wedges and saw the hype about how the ping wedges are supposed to "grab" the ball more aggressivley and put more spin on the ball. Is there really a noticable difference between these ping tour wedges and lets say vokeys.

Any Info would be great! thanks!
