How do you prepare to take on a course that you dislike? I try to have a positive attitude ( I am Mr. Happy-Gilmore, just tap it in most of the time) but this place just....

Advice?
Spend 30 minutes visualizing the night before the round, right before you go to sleep. Olympic athletes do this with amazing results!

See yourself arriving to this course in a good mood and confident you will shoot your best score!

Then see yourself stepping up to the first tee, going through your routine confidently....calmly.

Now see yourself step up your ball as you settle into your stance...then with a smooth and powerful swing you rip a solid drive right down the middle of the fairway...the other members of your group say "nice shot".

Well, you don't have to visualize exactly like this..this is what works for me..develop your own "visualization movie" that work for you and you will be shocked at your results!

Good Luck!
