What did you do New Years Eve?

We spent the evening at home. I made a nice seafood dinner and then we sat around watching football and then watched the ball drop. A nice quiet evening at home after all the Christmas madness... it was nice and relaxing.

Nice quiet dinner at home with my wife and daughter... daughter asleep by 9, made some margaritas and relaxed on the sofa until the ball dropped.. and watched all of the fireworks from my patio under 74ish degree mostly clear skies. Asleep by 12:30AM, hangover by 8AM when my daughter woke up. LOL.

74 degrees? I'm jealous! NYE was freezin' here, which was probably part of my reasoning for not wanting to leave the comforts of home. Besides, there weren't any fireworks to watch around here. But, the small town we live does a "ball drop", if you want to call it that....chicken wire and Christmas lights down the flagpole with a bonfire goin' in the background.

Yes, welcome to redneck country!

we were lazy, had a nice dinner, watched a video, then managed to see the Ball Drop, and then crashed.

I don't remember much about New Year's Eve to be honest.
That suggests alcohol was present.
