Rep Power: 0    | Smoking Ban Gone To Far ? Just curious if I heard this right or not......heard that New Jersey has passed a law banning smoking in a persons own car. I don't smoke and I hate when people smoke next to me in so called smoke free sections in resturants, but I could careless if they do in there cars. I my self enjoy a cigar fromt time to time. Think its kind of going to far. |

Rep Power: 4   | I don't smoke either. I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke. I don't care if people smoke in their cars, but I don't think they should be allowed to smoke in public places. |

Rep Power: 0 | Yeah, the smoking sections are like 1 table over from the non smoking that makes no sense. |
