That's Jupiter Island, a little north of West Palm Beach. I guess he had $40 mil and didn't feel like buying a condo in West Palm so why not actually get something for your money a little further north. I can't even really begin to imagine $40M on a house. But then again he probably doesn't have to worry about his monthly payments.
