The drinking and driving part though goes for anywhere that serves drinks, a cop could sit near the exit to most resturants and write tickets until their pen ran out of ink. For example here in NC the legal limit is .08 and article in the local paper a while back said if a 170lb man had 1.75 beers in an hour he would fail a breathalizer. So 2 beers with dinner and you could get a DUI. |
