I used to go and practice with just 1 or 2 clubs and never really improved my play on course that much. Of course there were always techical things to work on but at the end of the day when you get to a certian level swing changes dont make much difference to your scoring. But since I started practicing things like are in my article my scores started to improve as I found that I could do the actual shots that are required on the course better.

Of course what I have said is no rocket science kind of stuff, its all comon sence, but alot of golfers over look then value of what they are actualy doing in there practice sessions.
